SUMMARY:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the HR department, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee skills and career progression. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR management experience, a deep understanding of California labor laws, and strong leadership and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification desired.
7+ years of HR experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of California labor laws.
Proven ability to develop HR strategies aligning with business objectives. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Experience with HR software and tools such as HRIS and ATS systems.
