Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies.Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations.What is expected of our Agents?

by yourself.Provide solutions to addressing client's need; protection and income solutions.Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients.Educate clients on how to plan for their financial future so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/circumstances they may encounter.Promote customized ways for clients to achieve and protect their long-term financial goals.Cultivate relationships with clients and network to expand your referral base.Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.Have a clear focus on client needs through a discovery, fact-finding process resulting in trust and continuity of community over time.Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued.Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued.Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.”Strong business acumen.Professional business demeanor.Perseverance in the face of a challenge.Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts.Integrity is a must.College degree preferred but not required.Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commission
