Job Summary:We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technology vision and strategy of a leading company in the healthcare and senior living sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI, large language models (LLMs), and signal processing, with a proven track record in leading technology initiatives and teams. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.AI & Signal Processing: Utilize your expertise in AI, LLMs, and signal processing to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that enhance our service offerings.Healthcare Integration: Leverage your healthcare background to ensure our technology solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and effectively address the unique needs of the healthcare sector.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Qualifications:Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven company.Direct healthcare experience in building software/AI applications.Experience within senior living/home care (RPM/CCM/CTM) market segments.Voice engagement care plan delivery experience.Strong background in AI, large language models (LLMs), and signal processing.Experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare technologies and regulations.Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams.Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Benefits:What We Offer:Opportunity to lead and shape the technology strategy of a forward-thinking company.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Competitive compensation package and benefits.Chance to make a meaningful impact in the home care and senior living industry.Compensation: Negotiable based on education, experience, and credentials.Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation/sick days, and 401(k) plans.
