Finance and Billing Director

CVH is looking for a Finance and Billing Director (full-time). Responsible for providing the day-to-day management and supervision of CVH’s finance department and general oversight of the billing department. Manages the financial resources of CVH to ensure compliance with all service contracts including MCO, Medicaid, Medicare, etc. Responsible for developing agency financial statements, monthly balance sheets, other reports, and the annual budget for departments and the board of directors.Responsibilities include:Provide constructive and effective supervision for staff as assigned.Respect and preserve the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all confidential information.Always promote, protect, and advocate for the rights and diversity of persons served, continually protecting persons served from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.Other duties as assigned or appointed.Requirements:Minimum of a Master’s degree and/or equivalent experience in accounting or business.At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including financial management software.At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.Knowledge/skill in the use of computer hardware/software, e.g., Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), web research, etc.Salary range:
