Requirements:We are looking for candidates with proven experience working with Agile teams and facilitating Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks. You should possess strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and coaching skills, and be capable of supporting diverse teams, including contractors and full-time employees. Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from developers to executive management, are essential. Experience within the public sector or secure environments is highly advantageous. It is also preferred that you have experience in implementing Agile practices in high-security or regulated environments requiring DV clearance, familiarity with different Agile scaling frameworks, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities are:As an Agile Coach, you will lead teams in implementing Agile values, principles, and practices, adapting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile to meet project needs. You will mentor Product Owners and guide teams in establishing efficient Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts will be key to maintaining momentum and focus. You will promote continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to enhance their skills and deliverables. Additionally, you will support the setup and scaling of Agile practices across the organization, fostering a culture of self-organization, accountability, and innovation within teams while acting as a key facilitator in Agile ceremonies.

We work closely with clients in high-security environments, helping them adopt Agile practices that drive performance and quality. The position offers a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work on-site as required. Due to the nature of the projects, candidates must currently hold DV clearance.
