We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!About the role:We are looking for an experienced and hardworking professional who can help support various, growing divisions by managing our Accounts Payable process. This person will have the opportunity to own projects and work cross-functionally across the business and be a key point of contact for our finance organization. A strong accounting background is critical, along with an eagerness to shape best-practices in a fast-paced environment.This role will report to the Accounting Manager.This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of Marina Del Rey, CA.The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $70,000 to $100,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.What you'll do:Process company invoices in an efficient and timely mannerAnalyze invoices and ensure entries are properly coded and recorded in the allocated time frameManage vendor setup process within the AP module and supporting systems by communicating with department heads and vendors to gather the necessary informationMaintain vendor communication and resolve outstanding issues through phone and email in a timely mannerOversee payments and invoices processed outside of our standard AP systemAssist in payments organization, including the identification and documentation of fixed asset spending, or executing various initiativesCollaborate frequently with Sr. Accounting Manager and team to ensure continuous process improvementReconcile AP Aging to the general ledger detail monthlyEnsure entries are coded with the proper currencyBuild strong relationships with the finance team to manage cash flow forecastingAbout you:3-5+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience (preferred background consumer goods brands)Bachelor's degree, with focus on accounting or businessDemonstrated experience with automated Accounts Payable systems (Bill.com)Proficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience with ERP (Netsuite preferred)Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industriesExperience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferredSomeone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgencySomeone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcomeSomeone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humorWho We Are:Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
