www.ucihealth.org.Your Role on the TeamPosition Summary:The Business Systems Analyst 3 in Healthcare Supply Chain is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to support efficient healthcare operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve systems that enhance supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to drive process improvements, manage projects, and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare by contributing to the effective management of supply chain operations.What It Takes to be SuccessfulRequired Qualifications:Two (2) or more years of project management, vendor relations, and/or program management.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated by the ability to respond proactively and positively to customer service needs and problems.Proficient knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, office and web-based applications.Internship or practical experience in supply chain management, healthcare, or related fields preferred.In-depth ability to analyze, interpret and research essential information from multiple sources.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architectures and systems analysis methodologies and practices.Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.An MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience.Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process and software design, modification, and implementation.Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and other tools in the Microsoft Office.Conditions of Employment:The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
