Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting clientsProcess construction monthly AIA billings as directedFollow established procedures for processing and posting paymentsInteract with customers, superiors and internal staff to resolve outstanding issuesMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesWork with vendors for California lien and release formsMaintain accounts receivable files and recordsSkills Required
A positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of managementSharp eye for detailStrong knowledge of billing and financial conceptsSelf-motivated and collaborativeUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (Excel and Outlook)Sense of urgencyNeeds to know Sage, MS OfficeThis role offers benefits such as Medical/Dental, PTO, and 401k plus time off for the major holidays!Salary range is $55,000-75,000.Pay Details:
