Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data.Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally.Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients.Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service.Lead follow-up.Commercial lead generation.Real estate sales.Database campaigns.Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals.Set and execute appointments.Close sales.Sales script mastery.Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.Skilled in industry practices and lease language.Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.Independent and self-motivated.A real estate license is required.Commission opportunity.Good communication.Sales experience.Compensation:
$85,000 - $130,000 at plan.
