Chief Financial Officer CFO

The CFO will report to the CEO and will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for coordinating the strategic and financial direction of the companyDirect and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the company including preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial resultsManage financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reportingAnalyze long-range planning and strategic operational initiatives to the CEOProvide advice on the financial implications of new business activitiesOversee the company's capital expenditure processProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunitiesRequirements:15+ years of experience with a fast-paced, hands-on company and has demonstrated a successful track record as a CFOStrong business acumen and highly effective communication and negotiation skillsMBA or CPAApply to be considered.
