This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.

Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

This temporary position will be assigned to the Administrative Office of the Courts. This position is located at 901 Corporate Center Dr., Raleigh, NC 27607.

This position is responsible for the full range of grants management duties to meet the North Carolina Human Trafficking Commission (HTC) goals in administering federal and state government support. The time-limited position will control application and achievement of requirements within commission issued grants for human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Once grants are awarded through the HTC, the position will work with an assigned number of nonprofits to ensure training and technical assistance needs are met. The position will review all agency financial/programmatic reports for accuracy and will ensure grantees are in compliance with any established requirements or reviews.

Particular tasks include responsibilities such as training and providing technical assistance to eligible organizations regarding developed program guidelines and policies; gathering, compiling, and examining program data to identify program applicants' attainment of program guidelines and eligibility for funding; receiving and approving program and financial reports to ensure accuracy and timelessness of reporting and compliance; conducting risk assessments for grantees and adjusting level of monitoring or timeline of financial distribution of funding, based on agency level of risk; and conducting site visits of grantees, as part of the monitoring process.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
