We are seeking a Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our team. The AP Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of our accounts payable department. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and is adept at handling large volumes of transactions. The candidate must have a proven track record in supervising a team and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, timely payment of invoices, and full-cycle accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payable invoices
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounts payable staff, promoting a team-oriented and efficient work environment
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to improve the accounts payable process and ensure adherence to company guidelines
• Prepare and provide reports detailing accounts payable status to senior management

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting procedures
• Proven ability to resolve vendor discrepancies and manage full-cycle AP
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and experience with accounting software
