Responsibilities include:

Delivering timely month-end financial statements, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, updating weekly cash flow reports, and calculating monthly commissions.

The role also involves overseeing inventory cost allocation, realigning trial balances and G/L coding for accurate cost representation, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and Fractional CFO. Collaboration with the management team in strategic planning and budgetary management is essential, along with engagement in long-term financial planning and alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the candidate will manage the year-end audit process.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in Accounting, CPA desired, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in high-level accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs, as well as various accounting software, is required. Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines autonomously.
