We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tech to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on quality assurance methodologies, corrective actions, inspection, and calibration.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular quality assurance inspections to ensure all machines and tools meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
- Identifying any issues or defects, documenting them thoroughly, and implementing corrective actions to rectify them.
- Calibrating and maintaining all the necessary equipment and tools used in the quality assurance process.
- Collaborating closely with the engineering team to enhance product quality and improve production processes.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting improvements to existing quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Quality of Mechanical Parts is preferred. Electrical quality is also an option.
- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, corrective actions, inspection, and calibration.
- Experience working on manufacturing floor, and working with suppliers who provide materials
- Ability to reach mechanical drawings
