Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tech to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on quality assurance methodologies, corrective actions, inspection, and calibration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting regular quality assurance inspections to ensure all machines and tools meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
  2. Identifying any issues or defects, documenting them thoroughly, and implementing corrective actions to rectify them.
  3. Calibrating and maintaining all the necessary equipment and tools used in the quality assurance process.
  4. Collaborating closely with the engineering team to enhance product quality and improve production processes.
  5. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting improvements to existing quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Quality of Mechanical Parts is preferred. Electrical quality is also an option.
  4. Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, corrective actions, inspection, and calibration.
  5. Experience working on manufacturing floor, and working with suppliers who provide materials
  6. Ability to reach mechanical drawings
