Job Details

The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and results.
  • Provide training and support to quality control team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

  • SOP for Quality Assurance Protocols:
  • Develop and implement standardized quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure protocols are followed during all stages of production.
  • Document all quality assurance activities and results.
  • SOP for Quality Audits and Inspections:
  • Schedule and conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Use standardized checklists and protocols for audits.
  • Document findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
  • SOP for Training and Development:
  • Develop training programs for quality control team members.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly.
  • SOP for Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality assurance activities.
  • Generate regular reports on quality metrics and performance.
  • Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • SOP for Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Address any compliance issues in a timely manner.
