OverviewThe Director of Human Resources is a strategic partner in shaping the organization's workforce and culture. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's goals.

Duties- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's objectives and enhance employee engagement.- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Manage talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations, career development programs, and succession planning.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies and procedures.- Address employee relations issues through effective conflict management and resolution strategies.- Utilize HR technology systems such as Paychex, Taleo, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Paylocity to streamline HR processes.- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).- Provide guidance on HR best practices to managers and staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Paychex, Taleo, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Paylocity.- Strong recruiting skills with experience in HR sourcing techniques.- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle employee disputes effectively.- Proven talent management experience to nurture employee growth and retention.- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for efficient hiring processes.- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making in HR initiatives.

Pay: $72,515.00 - $74,957.00 per year
