Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Contract, 8 months)Location: South Park, CA
LHH is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist for an 8-month contract role in South Park, CA. This position is perfect for a well-rounded HR professional who excels in a dynamic environment and can support various HR functions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
Provide support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management issues.
Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Assist with payroll processing, timesheet management, and leave of absence tracking.
Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Bachelor degree is preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite schedule
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $28.00- $40.00 per hour DOE
