Summary

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Operations Support position is responsible for providing support in collecting and analyzing financial data for the logistics network optimization and cost savings initiatives. Duties include cost and profitability analysis, forecasting and project coordination, and development with a focus infrastructure development and vehicle logistics operations support.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical data to develop accurate volume, revenue, cost, and profitability forecasts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance and senior leadership to gather and support with relevant informationGenerate reports and presentations to communicate financial performance metrics and insights to managementPerform in-depth analysis of Glovis' vehicle logistics operations

Support team and Operation departments for special projects

Support & identify the development and implementation of plans to optimize our logistic network by reduce costs, and/or improve efficiencyWork with team to create and review analysis for new and current projectsCollaborate with and provide support to Operations departments on day-to-day items and projectsIdentify areas of cost reduction and improve profitability through models and negotiationsSupport in drafting presentations for executives as well as support & prepare documents for approvalMaintain regular updates to team project trackerMaintain and track vendor contracts, knowing their status, rate escalations, and clauses

$53,000-$63,000/Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
