We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the thrill of identifying and attracting top talent, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on a company's success. As a Permanent Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. This position requires a strong understanding of payroll and a background in business administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality personnel for various roles within the finance industry.
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires through online channels (e.g., professional platforms and social networks).
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform detailed reference checking and/or background checks on selected candidates, if applicable.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
