Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations) , working in

Pasadena, California, United States .As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the HR department. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing employee relations strategies and practices. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.What your day looks like as a Human Resources Manager at Hillsides:
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary issues, and workplace incidents.Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and prepare reports of HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose root cause issues, and make data-driven recommendations.Assist the director of human resources in the implementation of the organization’s strategic plan, employee relation matters, and special projects.Assist with other duties as needed.How you will be supported:

Minimum a bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing employee relationsSHRM or PHR certification requiredBilingual in Spanish a plus but not requiredDemonstrated ability to carry a heavy and diverse workloadPossess initiative and self-directionA valid California driver’s license.
