Only if previous float pool experience and 2+ years experience, otherwise travel experience requiredTravelers must live >100 miles away from any Monument Health facilityPermanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a travelerPatient Types:Please ensure traveler understands – this is a float pool position – floating throughout various units within Rapid City location – within or below scope of practice (to include MedSurg)Patient Ratios:RN: 1:4-5Required Certifications:RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSRequired Education:Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing;

Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of NursingBSN requiredSkills required:PCU level RN – willing to float to Med/Tele – this is a float pool position throughout scope of practiceMust have experience with titration of all drips below – please ask manager approval prior to offer if traveler is not completely comfortableCommon titratable drips:Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Levo, Dopamine, InsulinCardiac rhythm interpretation, IV starts, Blood product administration, CIWA, drain/tube management, indwelling and straight catheter insertion/management, continuous bladder irrigation, chest tube maintenanceExperience with Cardiac procedural recovery (CABG/TAVR/post Cardiac Cath), MI pharmacology, Heparin gtts283570About PHP
