Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on commercial and multifamily construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, construction workers, and other on-site personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential problems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper storage and utilization on-site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects
• Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations specific to commercial and/or multifamily construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse groups of professionals
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with all project stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
