Opportunity for a bariatric surgeon to join our team. Healthcare is a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 8 hospitals that cover 39 counties in PA. We were selected as a 2022 Top 100 employer in PA and among the best in healthcare Practice Details: General Surgery/Advance Foregut - not limited to Bariatrics Sleeve gastrectomy, roux en y gastric bypass, SADI S, revisional and conversion procedures Currently working on MBSAQIP accreditation with a goal to be a Comprehensive Bariatric Center with Obesity Medicine 120 bariatric procedures recorded for the first 13 months Option to do Endoscopy if desired 2 new bariatric rooms Bariatric call only (shared with another bariatric surgeon) Staffing: 1 Navigator (LPN) 1 Coordinator (RN) Endocrinology team partners with Bariatric Program 1 Nutritionist 1 PSR 1 Physician Assistant 2 ABOM Physicians Incentives / Benefits: Highly Competitive Compensation 25 k sign-on bonus 10k relocation 3k and 40 hours annually for CME 25 days PTO 75k Educational Loan Assistance Malpractice and Tail coverage 100k benefit package
