Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our amazing team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in an outpatient vascular interventional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to patients pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- RN (Required)
- Nursing experience: ICU/ critical care (minimum 1 year experience required)
- BLS Certification (required); ACLS (required)
- Familiarity with electronic medical record keeping software and equipment
- Strong bedside manner with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret EKG patterns
- Ability to work well as a member of a healthcare team
Immediate opening for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) in an Endovascular Outpatient practice in Memphis, TN. Critical Care experience and current ACLS training required.
