Attention to detail is important since you will be customizing insurance quotes and presenting the quotes to prospective clients.
Must be knowledgeable in insurance coverage and know how to operate under all state and federal regulations as it relates to insurance requirements.
To maintain the knowledge of insurance lines and to have the ability to cross sell opportunities and coverage gaps.
Being customer-focused in assisting clients when they have a claim and facilitating the process to ensure the best outcome possible.
Understanding of the importance and support adherence to all Mission Fed departmental and security policies and procedures, as well as federal regulations application to the position, including BSA requirements.
Here is what we are looking for :
Associate’s degree or equivalent is required. Two years of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education.
A minimum of three years’ experience as a licensed property and casualty producer is a must.
Must have an active insurance license in the State of CA in good standing.
A current driver’s license in good standing and current in force CA insurance is required for this role.

Base Pay / Salary :
$68,000 to $70,000 per year, plus incentives!
Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
