Human Resources & Security – Training & Development Full Time Hybrid Job Overview
The Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing instructional programs and materials, including e-learning, instructor-led programs, and other performance-support tools and resources. Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional programs and materials. Create e-learning and instructor-led training programs. Develop performance-support tools and resources (e.g., job aids, FAQs, checklists). Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in designing and developing instructional programs and materials. 4+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline or a similar authoring eLearning system software. Hybrid Policy
Our hybrid policy requires staff to live within one of our three regions (San Diego County, Riverside County, & Imperial Valley), and you must be physically present onsite 1-2 times a month for meetings.
