$137,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

A global corporate bank located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to bring on board a “VP Regulatory Change Management Officer” to join their team. The role is currently on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the Regulatory Change Management team.
- Identify, analyze, and oversee the implementation of new or updated laws, rules, regulations, or material regulatory guidance.
- Conduct applicability analysis to determine how regulatory changes impact the organization.
- Perform preliminary impact assessments for new or changed regulations.
- Route regulatory changes to the appropriate departments and stakeholders for review and action.
- Develop and track action plans for implementing regulatory changes.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
- Draft a weekly digest summarizing updates on laws, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to the preparation of key metrics to evaluate the health and governance of the Regulatory Change Management initiative.
- Coordinate with departments across the division to ensure timely and effective implementation of regulatory changes.
