Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing pre-employment activities, assisting with TA systems and software, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. What

you will do:Facilitate and manage pre-employment activities by effectively communicating with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary stepsMaintain regular communication between new hires and recruiters to ensure a streamlined processDemonstrate excellent communication skills to provide a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, promptly addressing any process-related issues, procedures, or one-off challenges that may arise during the recruitment processUtilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate informationHandle confidential information with utmost discretion, respecting company and candidate confidentiality and ensuring data securityWhat's in it for you:
