The Director of Front Services will direct all phases of guest relations related to Front Office staff in conjunction with any guidance from the Resort Manager. Responsible for developing Front Desk staff in order to ensure exceptional guest service experience. Supports and implements policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management. Maintains open communications with the Resort Manager, staff, and the guests and resolves issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction and staff morale. Performs administrative duties including but not limited to: forecasting, preparing budgets, employee scheduling, payroll documentation, and rooms control. Oversees disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, and staff development training for the Front Desk staff. This position oversees Front Desk, PBX, and Bell/Valet services. This position will also participate in the Executive Committee and attend all related meetings and functions. Must have the ability to work flexible shifts any day and time of the week.Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills can be acquired. Minimum 2 years guest service/hotel experience and minimum 2 years supervisory experience.Compensation & Benefits:
