What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Drive customer engagement through virtual channels and develop territory growth strategiesProspect new clients, validate their needs, and close dealsManage relationships with existing clients for upselling and contract renewalsUtilize Salesforce for deal progression and reporting on key performance indicatorsGather market intelligence to understand customer needs within the legal profession
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of sales concepts and techniquesExcellent communication and closing skillsProficient in MS Office and internet research
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience selling to large law accounts and knowledge of West productsStrong background in the legal profession or legal publishing industryHigh level of competency with database managementAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
