Position: Japanese Bilingual Sales Administrator - Full-Time or Part-TimeLocation: Marina Del Ray, CA (Onsite)FLSA Status: Non-ExemptFull-Time Work Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch time)Part-Time Work Hours: Mutually agreeable schedule reflecting your preferred schedule (ex. 3-4 days a week, or 9am - 4pm, 10am - 5pm etc)Overview:The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer information, and handling administrative tasks to support the sales process.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, product codes, and customer information.Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure timely order fulfillment.Manage order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer information, including contact details, purchase history, and preferences.Assist in generating sales reports and analysis.Provide administrative support for customer inquiries and complaints.Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral as needed.Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.Coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives.Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Track contract renewals and expirations.Assist in resolving contract disputes or issues.Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Maintain inventory of office supplies.Provide support for sales team meetings and events.Qualifications:Bilingual Japanese and English skills (business fluency in Japanese).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
