Desktop Support Specialist

MUST BE US CITIZEN. NO AGENCY or THIRD-PARTY CANDIDATES DUE TO CLIENT RESTRICTIONS.3 Months+ Contract (with possible extension). On-site in Mesa, AZ location. Start asap. Professional work experience providing hands-on/physical Deskside PC/Laptop/Tablet support. 3 Years+ Professional work experience supporting and troubleshooting PC's running Windows Professional. Work experience troubleshooting pc / hardware issues. Professional work experience with the most recent version of the Microsoft Office Suite. Professional work experience imaging computers and physically setting up computers/monitors such as SCCM. Professional work experience using remote assistance tools. Professional work experience using and supporting Office365 (Teams, Email, OneDrive, SharePoint). Possesses user friendly customer service skills. Experience with hard drive encryption tools such as Bitlocker. Troubleshoot and support both IOS and Android devices. Citrix networking experience is a big plus. Billing/Collection experience for healthcare domain is a huge plus. Position is onsite 8am-5pm. 3-month contract with possible extension
