What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize new sales and revenue growth within the assigned district- Manage and coach a team of 50-70 sales professionals, ensuring accountability and performance excellence- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and drive sales productivity- Oversee accurate forecasting and pipeline management to achieve sales quotas and revenue retention targets- Foster relationships with clients through effective engagement and contact management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment- Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while managing multiple projects- A four-year degree is required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
