What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth within the assigned district- Manage a team of 50-70 sales professionals to optimize sales and renewal opportunities- Oversee sales pipeline health and provide coaching to ensure sales excellence- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic plans effectively- Drive client engagement through effective contact management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team effectiveness- Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing technology environment- Bachelor’s degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Experience in a digital marketing business or knowledge of legal markets and online legal products- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation- Willingness to travel to customer locations
