Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on copyright, IP licensing, and tech transactions.Engage in entertainment deals and provide guidance on legal issues within the music and content industries.Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property regulations while protecting clients’ rights.Handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the utmost discretion.Collaborate with legal teams to support complex transactional matters in connectivity and privacy law.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.Experience in copyright law, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment deals.Familiarity with the music, entertainment, or content industries is preferred.Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate complex legal agreements.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active membership in the relevant state bar or eligibility for admission.Skills
