What You'll Do:Work under the supervision of the Global Controller.Prepare customer bills and invoices as closed via Salesforce order management system, maintain the accounts receivable GL account.Lead collection efforts to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accountsPost customer payments by recording cash collectionsHanding accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsPost accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation entry; monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date; prepare and perform check runsPerform monthly bank reconciliationsRegularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accountsAssist with the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and any ad hoc reporting.Assist with year end audits for US and international entitiesWhat We're Looking For:
Netsuite experience a plus2+ years collections & bookkeeping experience at a startup or mid-size company; B2B collections a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferredFull understanding and experience with the fundamentals of bookkeeping and reconciliationsStrong time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, thoroughness, highly organizedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalesforce order management a plusBasic Excel skillsFamiliarity with how a SaaS business operatesNYC Hybrid or US remoteWhat We Offer:
Base compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $65K - $75K.The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held where applicable. This position is also eligible for our additional company performance bonus.
