Remote - USAbout the role:As a CBRE Occupancy Planning Director, you will direct the department in achieving strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.What you’ll do:Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor staff.Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Set and track staff and department deadlines, mentor and coach as needed.Establish performance objectives and deliverables related to department goals and objectives.Develop, install, and maintain key processes for project efficiencies.Assist in writing RFP responses and implementing proposals.Coordinate with the line of business platform to support client needs.Lead and achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and KPIs.Collaborate with other departments to forecast and develop annual real estate plans and strategies for savings and cost avoidance.Conduct periodic interviews with business units to identify future business directions impacting real estate requirements.Develop a five-year real estate plan and create benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Apply knowledge of business and key drivers impacting performance.Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems utilizing appropriate resources.Improve existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.What you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complex information and manage performance expectations.Leadership skills to set and achieve targets impacting multiple department results.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.Why CBRE?FORTUNE 500 #126. Minimum salary for the Occupancy Planning Director position is $130,000 annually, and maximum salary is $160,000 annually. Compensation offered will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.Benefits:
