Remote - US - United States of AmericaAbout the roleAs a CBRE Occupancy Planning Director, you will direct the department in the achievement of strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.What you’ll doProvide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor staff.Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Set and track staff and department deadlines, mentor and coach as needed.Establish performance objectives and deliverables related to department goals.Develop, install, and maintain key processes for project efficiencies.Assist in writing RFP responses and implementing proposals.Coordinate with the line of business platform, including subject area, geographic resources, and experts.Lead and achieve financial, operational, and other measures as defined in deliverables and KPIs.Collaborate with other departments to forecast and develop annual real estate plans.Conduct periodic interviews of business units to identify future business directions related to growth and other issues.Develop a five-year real estate plan and create benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Apply robust knowledge of business and key drivers impacting performance.Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems.Significantly improve existing methods, processes, and standards.What you’ll needBachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems effectively.Leadership skills to set and achieve targets impacting departmental results.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Expert organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality.Why CBRE?FORTUNE 500 #126; FORTUNE Most Admired Company #1 in real estate for the third consecutive year; ten years on the list!Forbes named one of the best large employers in America and one of the World's Best Employers!Role benefits: 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision Insurance.
