Energetic, Strategic, & Results Driven Area Director of Sales

Dual Brand Hilton Properties – Smithfield, NC

We’re looking for a high performing, results-driven Area Director of Sales with industry experience to join our team and manage all sales aspects, ensuring exceptional hospitality and impressive revenue growth for a dual brand recently open Hampton Inn and under construction Home2 by Hilton, opening March 2025.

The Responsibility:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and establish definite pre-sale commitments for Home2

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as front office teams, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and opportunities

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate the hotel team to achieve revenue goals

Sales: Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends

Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

Account Management: Experience in managing key client accounts and building long-term relationships

Salesforce: Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer data

Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service throughout each encounter, reflective of Hilton's mission of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
