About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to play a crucial role in collaborating with Executive Members and senior leaders to align comprehensive HR strategies with our strategic business goals. You will lead the development and execution of innovative HR plans, policies, and initiatives designed to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing a cohesive global HR strategy.
- Driving organizational design and leadership development initiatives.
- Implementing succession planning and enhancing employee engagement.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters including executive coaching and performance management.
- Leading transformational change within business units.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in senior HR business partner roles with a proven track record in a global context that values diverse cultures. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. We seek an individual who can translate business needs into effective HR initiatives, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and build progressive HR practices that align with our business objectives.
