About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Finance to become a crucial part of our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations, oversee comprehensive financial reporting, and manage the month-end close process. As the VP of Finance, you will spearhead the full budgeting process while managing and mentoring the finance and accounting team.

We seek a candidate with an extensive background in financial reporting, financial analysis, and team management. Successful applicants will possess a minimum of 8-10 years of diverse accounting experience, specializing in financial reporting. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is essential, and an MBA or CPA is preferred.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to thrive under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with Jet Reports, MS Power BI, and MS Power Query is advantageous. Above all, we value high integrity, ethical standards, sound judgment, and experience collaborating with executive management in operating or investment environments.
