About the Role

The College is actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this vital leadership role, you will drive the HR function by developing and implementing innovative HR policies and procedures that comply with all legal requirements. You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations while collaborating closely with executive leadership, campus chancellors, and HR teams to foster a diverse and talented workforce.

As the Senior VP, you will lead the planning and execution of key HR initiatives, manage employment-related legal matters with counsel, and oversee the College's annual awards program along with regulatory reporting obligations. We are looking for a dedicated leader with at least 5 years of executive HR experience and a Master's degree, ideally with a relevant industry certification. Your proven expertise in HR management, conflict resolution, decision-making, and effective communication will be crucial.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, hands-on HR professional with a strong customer service orientation and a commitment to cultivating an inclusive workplace. Familiarity with Workday HCM will be highly advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while requiring minimal travel (less than 10%).
