Must be an active-duty U.S. military service member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program. Must be willing to live/work in the location above. This is not a remote/telework opportunity.Altimeter Solutions, LLC (Altimeter), is a technical consulting firm specializing in providing clients with high-quality analytical/technical consultative services. Altimeter holds a Top Secret facility clearance and places technical resources with prime vendors for the DoD and other Federal government branches nationwide.The Environmental, Health and Safety Senior Associate will assist the EHS Manager in overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs in compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and company policies. Responsibilities include:Participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Environmental Health and Safety Management SystemDeveloping programs for environmental health and safety risk prevention and controlConducting environmental, health, and safety audits and developing corrective actionsEnsuring prompt reporting of incidents and tracking corrective action plansReviewing projects for compliance with environmental health and safety regulationsAssisting in site sustainability effortsInforming management of EHS compliance and identifying improvement opportunitiesMaintaining awareness of environmental health and safety requirementsMust Haves:Associate degree with 4+ years of experienceKnowledge of federal and state environmental regulationsStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and on multiple projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office productsNice to Haves:BS/BS Degree with 2+ years’ experience
