Are you looking for a growth opportunity for a reputable company with a positive work environment? Our client is looking for an International Grant Finance Specialist to join their team. This position is Contract to hire and in office only 1 day a week!

Job Responsibilities:

Manage receivables for grant and non-grant related payments

Oversee federal donor reports for accuracy in accordance with reporting schedule

Monitor monthly grant activity for accurate and complete reporting.

Reconcile grant-related General Ledger accounts.

Aid with annual financial audit compliance.

Effectively communicate across functions with other departments and finance team members for prompt and accurate responses to award inquiries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

5+ years of direct finance or accounting experience related to grant reporting

2+ years of experience with financial transactions related to grants and allowability.

2+ years of experience with grant regulations related to federal and non-government entities

1 year of working within large ERP software

Microsoft Office Suite experience required
