The Good Eating Company is seeking an experienced Executive Chef. This dynamic leader will be in Bothell, Washington.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver a wide range of services from commissary services, retail, catering, coffee bar, pantry management and on-site dining services.
Have total unit culinary responsibilities including the supervision of all hourly staff kitchen staff with a focus on excellent food experiences.
Deliver culinary services that match the environment.
Be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
Strong mentoring and training skills.
An eye for high-end restaurant, artisan quality food.
A strong focus on customer service.
