If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.Holds conferences and negotiates issues with taxpayers/representative to resolve tax disputes in a fair and impartial manner.Advises and coaches team members regarding their team assignments, providing appropriate and substantive feedback on team assignments.Communicates and fosters dialogue with peers, customers, and partners, leading teams that work cases and coaching individual employees.Requirements

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.OR

One year of graduate education in a related field of study.OR

Superior Academic Achievement may be met by having a Bachelor's degree.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-11:

Specialized experience for this position includes: One (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-12:

A 1-year probationary period is required.This is a bargaining unit position.Tour of Duty: Day Shift - Start and stop times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Required Documents
