If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.Holds conferences and negotiates issues with taxpayers/representatives to resolve tax disputes in a fair and impartial manner.Advises and coaches team members regarding their team assignments, providing appropriate and substantive feedback.Communicates and fosters dialogue with peers, customers, and partners.RequirementsTelework Eligible Positions:

Employees must meet and sustain IRS telework eligibility requirements.Must be a U.S. Citizen or National and provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.Must successfully complete a background investigation.QualificationsYou must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.OR

One year of graduate education in a related field.OR

Superior Academic Achievement.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09:

You must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-07 grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-11:

You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-12:

One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-13:
