About The OpportunityThe world of talent acquisition and management is changing, and technology is at the forefront of this evolution. At Ceridian, we are proud to be leading the way with the development of our Dayforce Talent Intelligence offering. This role will be pivotal in acting as a subject matter expert in the space of talent acquisition and management technology. Responsible for revenue targets across the Talent Intelligence solution offering, you will be acting as a sales expert while enabling the sales team in deals.

What You’ll Get To DoThis role will be managing a sales quota for a portfolio of Talent SaaS products.Align with marketing, sales, and solutions advisory on product positioning and deal solutioning to best position Ceridian talent technology in the market.Take a consultative approach to evaluating prospects and customers' challenges to create a value-based Dayforce offering.Collaborate with the sales organization daily on pipeline generation and offer in-deal support.Develop mutually beneficial relationships with C-suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography.Leverage knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as Ceridian’s HCM and Talent Intelligence capabilities to establish value.Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data.Establish and execute sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and use competitive intelligence to best leverage Ceridian.Maintain product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of Dayforce HCM solutions and how they differ from competitors.Effectively communicate how Ceridian HCM applications solve business problems.

Skills and experience we valueExperience selling talent technology.Experience working as a talent practitioner would be a bonus but not a must-have.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.5+ years prospecting, developing and closing leads and/or achieving sales objectives.Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years.Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology.Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations, and business case components.Some travel required, depending upon assigned territory.
