We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to manage and process employee payroll for our manufacturing company. The role involves maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling deductions, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.

Handle deductions, benefits, and garnishments.

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with EKG and/or Cronos preferred

Strong excel experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of payroll software.

Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations.
